Pest/disease programs
This component of management is essential
and is carried out by professional monitors
throughout the season and fortnightly reports
on findings are documented.

Tendering tasks
Whatever task is allocated or planned, tenders
or quotes are called for to find the most suitable
price for machinery and staff.

Soil moisture analysis
A continual assessment is planned to monitor
changes in soil pH and structure.

Wine grape testing
This area is carried out in conjunction with the contracted
winery where T/A, baume and acids are mapped
accordingly to study ripening changes

Co-ordination of harvest/picking dates
This is essential to the logistics at harvest and is well planned
prior to the event.

Operational tasks
Planned and carried out accordingly, using weekly
schedule modules.

Irrigation schedules
Using appropriate soil moisture devices which log
soil moisture movement, schedules are planned and
implemented accordingly.
