We loved and appreciated the associated lifestyle of vignerons.

Enzo’s Ristorante is Joe and Rosa’s favourite restaurant, but they enjoy all traditional Italian food, accompanied by a 1999 Sabella Cabernet Sauvignon.

Joe and Rosa have been married for 28 years and have two children, Maria and Michael.

Where do you see the wine industry progressing in the next five years?
With continued improvements made to the vineyards, Joe sees the wine in the Australian Wine Industry returning to the high standards of its past years and even surpassing this excellence . . . allowing growers to have at least one tax deductible lunch a week!
